Intrusive circular doubly-linked lists.

Copied from linux/rust/kernel/unsafe_list.rs.

We don’t use the C version for two main reasons:

  • Next/prev pointers do not support ?Sized types, so wouldn’t be able to have a list of, for example, dyn Trait.
  • It would require the list head to be pinned (in addition to the list entries).
